Ingredients

  • 1 (5-ounce) can tuna in water, drained

  • 1½ cups baby spinach

  • ½ ripe avocado, diced

  • 12 tablespoons sunflower seeds

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or your preferred dressing

  • 12 teaspoons lemon juice (optional)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  • Drain tuna and dice avocado.

  • In a bowl, layer spinach, tuna, avocado, and sunflower seeds.

  • Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice (if using).

  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Gently toss everything together and serve immediately.
