Follow these simple steps to create your Easy Reindeer Cupcakes:

1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with paper liners.

2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

3. Add Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until fully combined.
