Description
These easy puff pastry cruffins combine the flaky layers of a croissant with the soft texture of a muffin. Made with store-bought puff pastry and cinnamon sugar, they are a quick and delicious treat perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dessert.

- 2 (17.3 oz) packages of puff pastry (4 sheets), thawed
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 tbsp ground cinnamon
- ½ cup salted butter, softened
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a muffin tin.
- Lay out puff pastry sheets and smooth any creases.
- Spread softened butter over two pastry sheets.
- Mix cinnamon and sugar, then sprinkle over buttered sheets.
- Place the remaining two sheets on top, forming two “sandwiches.”
- Cut each layered sheet into six strips. Roll each into a spiral.
- Place in muffin tin and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
- Roll warm cruffins in remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture. Serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add Nutella, jam, or cream cheese before rolling.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days or freeze for longer storage.
