  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups chocolate melting wafers (dark, milk, or white)
  • (Optional) Sprinkles, crushed Oreos, or melted white chocolate for decorating

Instructions

  • Crush Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or a rolling pin in a ziplock bag.
  • Mix the Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese until well combined.
  • Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  • Freeze for 15-20 minutes until firm.
  • Melt the chocolate wafers in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Using a fork, dip each truffle into the melted chocolate and let excess drip off.
  • Place on parchment paper, decorate if desired, and let set at room temperature or refrigerate.
