- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups chocolate melting wafers (dark, milk, or white)

Instructions
- Crush Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or a rolling pin in a ziplock bag.
- Mix the Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Freeze for 15-20 minutes until firm.
- Melt the chocolate wafers in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Using a fork, dip each truffle into the melted chocolate and let excess drip off.
- Place on parchment paper, decorate if desired, and let set at room temperature or refrigerate.
