- ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Prepare the crust: Mix butter, flour, powdered sugar, and salt until a soft dough forms. Press it into the dish and bake for 18-20 minutes until lightly golden.
- Make the filling: Whisk eggs, sugar, flour, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth. Pour over the warm crust.
- Bake again for 22-25 minutes until set. Let cool completely.
- Dust with powdered sugar, slice into bars, and enjoy!
