Description

These warm, cheesy ham and Swiss sliders on fluffy Hawaiian rolls are brushed with a savory buttery glaze and baked to golden perfection. Quick to prepare and always a crowd-pleaser!


Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian dinner rolls

  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise

  • 12 slices deli ham (halal)

  • 6 slices Swiss cheese, halved

  • 46 Tbsp butter, melted

  • ½ Tbsp Dijon mustard

  • ¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce (halal)

  • ½1 tsp onion powder or minced onion

  • 1 tsp poppy seeds


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  • Slice rolls in half horizontally; set top half aside.

  • Spread mayo on both halves.

  • Layer ham and cheese on bottom rolls.

  • Replace top half of rolls.

  • Mix melted butter, mustard, Worcestershire, onion powder, and poppy seeds.

  • Pour mixture over rolls. Let sit 10 minutes.

  • Cover with foil and bake 10–15 minutes.

  • Uncover and bake 2 more minutes.

  • Serve warm.
