Ingredients

1 cup broccoli florets

1 cup shrimp, peeled & deveined

2 tbsp cream cheese

2–3 garlic cloves, minced

1–2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tomato, chopped

½ cup arugula
-
½ tsp crushed red pepper (optional)

⅓ cup Parmesan cheese

Olives (optional)

Fresh basil leaves

Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add shrimp and broccoli. Sauté for 3–4 minutes until shrimp turns pink and broccoli softens slightly.

Add garlic, tomato, lemon juice, and crushed pepper. Stir.

Add cream cheese and stir until melted into a creamy sauce.

Toss in arugula and basil. Turn off the heat.

Sprinkle with Parmesan, olives (optional), and generous black pepper.

Serve immediately.
