- Pink, blue, green, and yellow food coloring
- 2 boxes (3.3 oz each) instant white chocolate pudding
- 3 ½ cups milk
- 2 cups heavy cream
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Easter sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to package instructions. Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- Prepare cake batter as directed. Divide into four bowls and add food coloring.
- Drop colored batter randomly into the pan, lightly swirl with a toothpick, and bake as per instructions.
- Cool cake, then poke holes across the surface.
- Whisk pudding mix and milk until smooth, pour over cake, and let it seep into holes.
- Chill for 30 minutes.
- Beat heavy cream and vanilla until soft peaks form. Add powdered sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
- Spread whipped cream over the cake and decorate with sprinkles.
