These Easter M&M Rice Krispies are a fun, colorful, and super easy no-bake dessert everyone will love! Made with gooey marshmallows, crispy rice cereal, and pastel M&Ms, they’re the perfect sweet treat for spring gatherings and Easter parties.

- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal (or any crispy rice cereal you prefer)
- 10 oz mini marshmallows (about 4 cups)
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter (or salted, if you prefer a slight salty touch)
- 1 cup Easter M&Ms (preferably pastel-colored for that festive look)
- Optional: Sprinkles for extra color and fun
Instructions
- Prepare Baking Dish: Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or nonstick spray.
- Melt Butter: In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter completely.
- Add Marshmallows: Add mini marshmallows and stir continuously until melted and smooth.
- Mix Cereal: Remove from heat and immediately add Rice Krispies cereal. Stir until well coated.
- Add M&Ms: Gently fold in the Easter M&Ms. Work quickly to avoid melting the candies.
- Press into Dish: Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Lightly press down with a greased spatula.
- Cool and Cut: Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
- Serve and Enjoy: Serve on a platter or wrap individually for gifting.
