Ingredients

3 cups Rice Chex cereal

2 cups Honey Nut Cheerios

2 cups Kettle corn (sweet & salty)

1 cup Crispy chow mein noodles (thin)

1 bag (11 oz) White chocolate chips or vanilla candy melts

1/2 cup Powdered sugar

1 cup Bunny graham crackers (Annie’s Organic recommended)

1 cup Pastel M&M’s or other Easter-themed candies

1–2 tbsp Easter or pastel sprinkles
Instructions

Prepare Baking Sheet: Line a 12″x18″ baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.

Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix Rice Chex, Honey Nut Cheerios, kettle corn, and chow mein noodles.

Melt Chocolate: Microwave white chocolate chips for 1 minute. Stir, then continue in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth.

Coat Mix: Pour melted chocolate over the dry mixture and stir gently until coated.

Spread & Cool: Spread the coated mixture on the baking sheet. Let it cool for 30 minutes.

Add Powdered Sugar & Toppings: Break up the mix, transfer to a bowl, and sprinkle powdered sugar. Add bunny grahams, M&M’s, and sprinkles. Mix well.

Serve or Store: Serve immediately or store in airtight containers for up to 1 week.
