Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef

  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning

  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce

  • 1 cup mild or hot chili beans

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt

  • 1 large head romaine lettuce, chopped

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 2 scallions, sliced

  • 1 ripe avocado, diced

  • 1 cup crushed Doritos

  • 1/2 cup pico de gallo

  • 1 cup shredded Colby Jack or Pepper Jack cheese


Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.

  2. Stir in taco seasoning, tomato sauce, and beans. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.

  3. Mix sour cream, lime juice, and salt to make the drizzle. Chill.

  4. Chop veggies and prepare toppings.
