Description

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked rotini or elbow pasta
  • 1 cup dill pickles, chopped
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese, diced
  • ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup celery, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

Dressing:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup dill pickle juice
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package directions, drain, and rinse with cold water.
  • In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, pickles, cheese, red onion, celery, and fresh dill.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, pickle juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and stir until evenly coated.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
