- 3 cups cooked rotini or elbow pasta
- 1 cup dill pickles, chopped
- ½ cup cheddar cheese, diced
- ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
- ¼ cup celery, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Dressing:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup dill pickle juice
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions, drain, and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, pickles, cheese, red onion, celery, and fresh dill.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, pickle juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and stir until evenly coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
