- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup milk or buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cornmeal or panko breadcrumbs

- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions
- Prepare the Pickles: Drain and pat the pickles dry with paper towels.
- Set Up Breading Stations: Whisk together eggs and milk in one bowl. In another bowl, mix flour, cornmeal, and seasonings.
- Coat the Pickles: Dip each pickle slice into the flour mixture, then the egg mixture, and back into the flour mixture for a double coating.
- Heat the Oil: In a deep frying pan, heat oil to 375°F (190°C).
- Fry the Pickles: Add pickles in small batches and fry for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
