  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)

  • ¼ cup Italian dressing

  • ¼ cup brown sugar

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • Salt, to taste


Instructions

  • Lightly season chicken breasts with salt and place them in the slow cooker.

  • In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, Italian dressing, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce.

  • Pour the sauce over the chicken, making sure it’s well coated.

  • Cover and cook on HIGH for 3–4 hours or LOW for 6–7 hours.

  • When cooked, shred the chicken with two forks directly in the slow cooker.

  • Stir to coat the chicken in sauce and let simmer for an additional 10–15 minutes.

  • Serve hot on buns, over rice, in wraps, or however you like.
