These golden, crispy Parmesan garlic butter potatoes are roasted to perfection—soft on the inside, crunchy on the bottom, and loaded with flavor. Easy to make and totally addictive!
Ingredients

454g baby gold potatoes, halved

57g unsalted butter, melted

15g minced garlic

80g grated Parmesan (divided)

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

1–2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Mix melted butter, garlic, 1/3 cup Parmesan, and spices in a bowl.

Spread mixture evenly in baking dish.

Place halved potatoes cut-side down on top of the butter mix.

Brush tops with olive oil and sprinkle remaining Parmesan.

Bake for 35 minutes until golden and crispy.

Cool for 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
