For the Salmon Bites:

  • 1 lb salmon fillets, skinless, cut into bite-sized cubes

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • Salt, to taste

  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

  • Fresh parsley or cilantro (for garnish, optional)

For the Dipping Sauce (Optional):

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or mayo

  • 1 tbsp honey or sriracha

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  • Prepare the Salmon:

    • Cut salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces and pat dry with paper towels.

  • Season the Salmon:

    • In a large bowl, toss salmon with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

  • Preheat Air Fryer:

    • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray the basket with oil.

  • Cook the Salmon:

    • Arrange salmon bites in a single layer in the basket.

    • Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

  • Make the Dipping Sauce (Optional):

    • Mix Greek yogurt or mayo, honey or sriracha, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

  • Serve:

    • Garnish salmon bites with parsley or cilantro, and serve with lemon wedges and dipping sauce if desired.

Notes

  • Make sure to pat the salmon dry before seasoning for the best crispy results.

  • To make the salmon bites extra crispy, consider adding a light dusting of panko breadcrumbs before cooking.
