  • 1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges, drained

  • 1 cup maraschino cherries, drained and halved

  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut

  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows

  • 1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)


Instructions

  • Drain the pineapple tidbits, mandarin oranges, and cherries thoroughly. Pat the cherries dry with paper towels and slice them in half.

  • In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the pineapple, mandarin oranges, cherries, coconut, and mini marshmallows.

  • Fold in the sour cream (or Greek yogurt) carefully until all ingredients are well-coated.

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
