- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1–2 tablespoons olive oil
- 10.5 oz. can cream of chicken soup
- 1 ½ cups milk
- 1 cup sour cream (room temperature)
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 oz. packet ranch seasoning mix (about 3 tablespoons)
Instructions
- Slice the chicken breasts into 2-3 thinner pieces and season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Brush with melted butter.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add cream of chicken soup, milk, sour cream, onion powder, and ranch seasoning. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon the sauce over it, cover partially, and let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
