  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 12 tablespoons olive oil
  • 10.5 oz. can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 1 cup sour cream (room temperature)
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 oz. packet ranch seasoning mix (about 3 tablespoons)

Instructions

  • Slice the chicken breasts into 2-3 thinner pieces and season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Brush with melted butter.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add cream of chicken soup, milk, sour cream, onion powder, and ranch seasoning. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon the sauce over it, cover partially, and let simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
