For the Salad:
- 4 cups frozen peas, thawed
- ½ cup diced cheddar cheese
- ½ cup finely chopped red onion
- ½ cup chopped celery
- ½ cup sunflower seeds or chopped almonds (optional)

- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Thaw the Peas – Rinse frozen peas under cold water and drain well.
- Prepare the Ingredients – Dice the cheese, chop the red onion and celery.
- Mix the Salad – In a large bowl, combine peas, cheese, onion, celery, and sunflower seeds.
- Make the Dressing – In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Combine Everything – Pour dressing over the salad and mix well.
- Chill & Serve – Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

- For a healthier version, swap mayo for Greek yogurt.
