A rich and comforting one-skillet dinner made with tender seared chicken breasts, creamy garlic Parmesan rice, and pantry staples. Easy and family-friendly!
Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup long-grain white rice

2 cups chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 small onion, finely chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 Tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Sear in olive oil over medium-high heat until golden, then set aside.

In the same pan, sauté onion until soft, then add garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add rice and toast for 2–3 minutes.

Stir in broth and cream, then return chicken to skillet.

Cover and simmer on low for 20–25 minutes, or until rice is tender and chicken is cooked through.

Stir in Parmesan cheese, let rest for 5 minutes.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
