Instructions
- Melt butter in a pot over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add mushrooms, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook until mushrooms are browned.
- Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in broth, simmer for 10 minutes.
- Reduce heat, add cream, and stir until heated through.
