  • 8 oz egg noodles, cooked and drained

  • 2 cups cubed fully cooked ham

  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese

  • 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of celery soup (undiluted)

  • 1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)

  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper

  • 1/2 cup chopped onion


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 13×9-inch baking dish.

  • Cook egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.

  • In a large bowl, mix soup, sour cream, green pepper, and onion until well combined.

  • Spread half of the noodles in the baking dish, followed by half of the ham and half of the cheese.

  • Spread half of the creamy mixture over the layered ingredients.

  • Repeat layers with the remaining noodles, ham, cheese, and creamy mixture.

  • Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.

  • Let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

  • To make it healthier, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream, low-fat cheese, and whole wheat egg noodles.

  • Add sliced mushrooms, spinach, or broccoli for extra nutrients.

  • Can be made ahead and refrigerated for up to 24 hours before baking.
