For the Chicken Bites:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

For the Parmesan Pasta:

  • 8 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional)

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley, for garnish


Instructions

  • Cook the Pasta: Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water and drain.

  • Prepare the Chicken: Season chicken bites with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook in a hot skillet with olive oil and butter until golden and cooked through. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Remove from skillet.

  • Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream, simmer, and add Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth.

  • Combine & Serve: Add pasta to the sauce, toss to coat. Add chicken bites, mix well. Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken with the spices for 30 minutes before cooking.

  • Add steamed broccoli or spinach for a healthier twist.

  • Use freshly grated Parmesan cheese for the best results.
