Ingredients
For the Chicken Bites:

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt & pepper, to taste
For the Parmesan Pasta:

8 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice

2 tbsp unsalted butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream
-
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional)

Salt & pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Cook the Pasta: Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water and drain.

Prepare the Chicken: Season chicken bites with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook in a hot skillet with olive oil and butter until golden and cooked through. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Remove from skillet.

Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream, simmer, and add Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth.

Combine & Serve: Add pasta to the sauce, toss to coat. Add chicken bites, mix well. Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
