Ingredients

2 (15 oz) cans whole kernel corn, drained

2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese

1 (9.25 oz) bag Chili Cheese Fritos, lightly crushed

Instructions

Drain corn thoroughly and place in a large bowl.

Add diced red bell pepper, shredded cheese, mayonnaise, and black pepper.

Mix gently until fully combined.

Chill if desired (optional).

Stir in crushed Chili Cheese Fritos just before serving.
