Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • ½ cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp paprika (optional)

  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley or chives (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Pat chicken dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.

  • In a bowl, mix mayo (or yogurt), Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

  • Place chicken in greased baking dish and spread topping evenly over each breast.

  • Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165°F.

  • Let rest 5 minutes, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve.

Notes

  • Greek yogurt adds a tangy, healthier twist.

  • Broil for the last 2 minutes if you want the topping extra crispy.
