- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Prepare the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into the baking dish and bake for 8-10 minutes. Let cool.
- Make the filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in lemon juice, zest, vanilla, and flour until combined.
- Bake: Pour the filling over the cooled crust. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set.
- Cool & Chill: Let cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Serve: Dust with powdered sugar, slice, and enjoy!
