- 6 large eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
- ½ cup shredded chicken (rotisserie, canned, or leftover cooked chicken)
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 tablespoons bacon bits (or crumbled cooked bacon)
- 1 tablespoon ranch dressing mix
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional garnishes: smoked paprika, chopped chives, extra bacon bits
Instructions
- Boil the Eggs: Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with water, bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath and let cool.
- Peel and Slice: Once cool, peel eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a bowl.
- Prepare the Filling: Mash the egg yolks and mix with shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, bacon bits, ranch dressing mix, and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper.
- Fill the Egg Whites: Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg white halves.
