Description

This Crab Rangoon Dip transforms the flavors of classic Crab Rangoon into a warm, cheesy, and shareable appetizer. Perfect for parties, game days, and family gatherings!


Ingredients

  • 8 oz lump crab meat (or imitation crab, chopped)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a small baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and sweet chili sauce until smooth.
  • Gently fold in crab meat, shredded cheese, and half of the green onions.
  • Spread mixture into the baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • Garnish with remaining green onions and serve warm with crispy wonton chips, crackers, or toasted baguette slices.

Notes

  • For extra crisp, broil for 2 minutes at the end.
