- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 green onions (chopped)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a small baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and sweet chili sauce until smooth.
- Gently fold in crab meat, shredded cheese, and half of the green onions.
- Spread mixture into the baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with remaining green onions and serve warm with crispy wonton chips, crackers, or toasted baguette slices.
