  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • ¾ cup cottage cheese

  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • ¼ cup black beans or corn (optional)
  • 1 tbsp salsa or hot sauce
  • Fresh lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  • Cook the Meat: Brown ground turkey or beef in a pan over medium heat. Drain excess fat, add taco seasoning with ¼ cup water, and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
