- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
For the Parmesan Crust:
- ¼ cup melted butter
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp ranch dressing
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Mix melted butter, panko, Parmesan, ranch dressing, and Italian seasoning. Spread this mixture over the chicken.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, then broil for 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness.
