Description

This easy Longhorn-style Parmesan Crusted Chicken is crispy, cheesy, and packed with flavor. Juicy chicken is topped with a rich Parmesan crust, making it the perfect restaurant-quality meal at home!


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

For the Parmesan Crust:

  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Season chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Place chicken on a baking sheet and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  • Mix melted butter, panko, Parmesan, ranch dressing, and Italian seasoning. Spread this mixture over the chicken.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, then broil for 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness.
