  • 1 cup peanut butter (or butterscotch chips)
  • 2 cups chow mein noodles or pretzel sticks
  • 1 cup mini candy eggs (Cadbury Mini Eggs, jelly beans, or M&Ms)

Instructions

  • Melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter together in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  • Add the chow mein noodles or pretzel sticks to the melted mixture and gently stir until coated.
  • Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping them into nests.
  • Create a small indentation in each nest and place 2-3 mini candy eggs in the center.
  • Let the nests set at room temperature or refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until firm.
