These easy no-bake strawberries are dipped in semi-sweet chocolate and filled with a fluffy, creamy cheesecake center. Perfect for parties, date nights, or just a sweet indulgence.
Ingredients

1 lb large strawberries (12–15), rinsed and dried

6 oz (1 cup) semi-sweet chocolate chips

4 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

¼ cup heavy cream, cold
Instructions

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Slice tops off strawberries and hollow out centers with a paring knife or melon baller.

Melt chocolate chips in microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between.

Dip strawberries in melted chocolate and place on baking sheet to set.

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

Add heavy cream and beat for 2 minutes until fluffy. Chill filling 15 minutes.

Pipe cheesecake filling into strawberries.

Chill again briefly, then serve.
