This irresistible no-bake bark blends crunchy pretzels, rich semi-sweet chocolate, gooey caramel, and flaky sea salt into the ultimate sweet-and-salty treat.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 8 oz mini pretzels (about half a 16 oz bag)

  • 11 oz Kraft caramels (1 bag)

  • 2 tbsp heavy cream

  • Flaky sea salt (for topping)


Instructions

  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

  • Spread two-thirds of the chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet.

  • Layer pretzels over the chocolate and press gently.

  • In a separate bowl, microwave unwrapped caramels and cream for 2 minutes. Stir until smooth.

  • Drizzle melted caramel over the pretzels.

  • Drizzle remaining chocolate over the top.

  • Sprinkle flaky sea salt over the bark.

  • Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes or until set.

  • Break into pieces and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container. Keeps for 5 days at room temp, 2 weeks in the fridge, or up to 3 months in the freezer. Let thaw before serving if frozen.
