Description
This cherry limeade is the perfect refreshing summer drink made with fresh cherries, lime juice, and raw honey. It’s naturally sweetened, fizzy, and packed with flavor. Serve it over ice or blend it into a slushy—perfect for kids, BBQs, or sunny afternoons.
Ingredients
For the Syrup:

1 cup (175g) pitted fresh sweet cherries

½ cup (115g) water

⅓ cup (90g) raw honey

2 tsp lime zest

⅓ cup (55g) fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
For the Limeades:

30 oz (850g) club soda

Fresh cherries and lime slices, for garnish
Instructions

In a medium saucepan, combine cherries and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat.

Simmer for 15 minutes, lightly mashing cherries.

Transfer mixture to a blender. Add honey, lime zest, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.

(Optional) Strain the syrup through a fine mesh sieve for a smoother consistency.

Chill the syrup.

For each serving: Fill an 8 oz glass with ice, add 2 oz syrup, top with club soda, stir, and garnish.

For a pitcher: Combine all syrup with club soda in a pitcher of ice, stir, and garnish.
Notes

Use frozen cherries if fresh aren’t available.

Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.

Syrup can be stored in the fridge for 1 week or frozen for 1 month.
