Description

These Cheesy Turkey & Cheese Sliders are the perfect combination of soft Hawaiian rolls, melty cheese, and juicy turkey, all baked with a rich buttery glaze. This easy recipe is great for game days, family gatherings, and quick dinners.


Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • ¾ lb sliced turkey (thinly sliced)
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Poppy seeds (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Slice the rolls in half horizontally without separating them and place the bottom half in the baking dish.
  • Layer turkey, Swiss cheese, and cheddar cheese evenly over the rolls. Place the top half of the rolls over the filling.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley.
  • Pour the butter mixture evenly over the sliders and sprinkle with poppy seeds if using.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can swap turkey for ham or shredded chicken.
  • For extra crunch, sprinkle sesame or everything bagel seasoning on top.
  • Serve with dipping sauces like honey mustard or marinara for added flavor.
