- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- ¾ lb sliced turkey (thinly sliced)
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
- ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Poppy seeds (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Slice the rolls in half horizontally without separating them and place the bottom half in the baking dish.
- Layer turkey, Swiss cheese, and cheddar cheese evenly over the rolls. Place the top half of the rolls over the filling.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley.
- Pour the butter mixture evenly over the sliders and sprinkle with poppy seeds if using.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
