Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade blend)

1 tube refrigerated pizza dough

5 Colby Jack & Cheddar cheese sticks, halved

4 tbsp melted butter

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F and grease or line a baking sheet.

In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Add taco seasoning and stir to combine. Let it cool slightly.

Roll out pizza dough and cut into 10 rectangles.

Add a spoonful of taco meat and half a cheese stick to each rectangle. Roll tightly and pinch the seams closed.

Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley. Brush over each taco stick.

Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden and bubbly. Serve warm.
