These cheesy meatball sliders are the ultimate comfort food—juicy meatballs, rich tomato sauce, melty mozzarella, and soft buns toasted to perfection. Halal-friendly, quick to make, and ideal for gatherings or casual dinners.


Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns (e.g., Hawaiian rolls)

  • 12 cooked beef or turkey meatballs

  • 2 cups pizza or pasta sauce

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Slice buns in half and place bottoms in a baking dish.

  • Spoon a little sauce on each bun bottom.

  • Add one meatball per bun, top with more sauce.

  • Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over meatballs.

  • Place bun tops on and press gently.

  • Mix olive oil and Italian seasoning; brush on tops.

  • Sprinkle with Parmesan.

  • Cover with foil and bake 10 minutes.

  • Remove foil and bake 10 minutes more until golden and melty.

  • Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
