- 1 lb ground beef (or turkey)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup frozen or canned corn
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- ⅓ cup whole milk
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ cup cooked turkey bacon, crumbled (optional)
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup, corn, ½ cup cheddar cheese, milk, sour cream, and seasonings.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly in the baking dish. Sprinkle ½ cup cheese on top.
- Arrange tater tots in a single layer over the mixture.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, until the tater tots are golden and crispy.
- Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of cheese and bake for another 5 minutes until melted.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes, garnish, and serve warm.

- For extra crunch, broil the casserole for 2 minutes at the end.
