- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- ½ cup crumbled blue cheese (or feta)
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- ½ cup crispy turkey bacon bits (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange them on the baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Sprinkle blue cheese, mozzarella, and turkey bacon over the roasted sprouts.
- Return to the oven for 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Drizzle with honey (optional) and serve hot.
