- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
- 2 cups broccoli florets (lightly steamed)
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- ½ cup breadcrumbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked chicken, rice, broccoli, 1 cup cheese, milk, soup, and seasonings.
- Spread mixture evenly in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and add buttered breadcrumbs if using.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
