Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets (lightly steamed)
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, mix cooked chicken, rice, broccoli, 1 cup cheese, milk, soup, and seasonings.
  • Spread mixture evenly in the baking dish.
  • Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and add buttered breadcrumbs if using.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
