Description

A simple and elegant no-bake dessert featuring juicy strawberries filled with creamy cheesecake filling. Perfect for parties, brunch, or a quick sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tsp lemon zest (optional)
  • Crushed graham crackers or chocolate shavings (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Wash and dry the strawberries, then slice them in half.
  • Use a spoon to create a small pocket in each strawberry half.
  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, heavy cream, and lemon zest until smooth.
  • Transfer the filling into a piping bag and fill each strawberry half.
  • Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers or chocolate shavings.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 24 hours.

Notes

  • For a firmer filling, chill the mixture for 10–15 minutes before piping.
  • Can be made ahead but best enjoyed fresh.
