Cheesy Turkey Burger Roll-Ups are a fun and delicious twist on classic cheeseburgers. Made with seasoned ground turkey (or beef), melted cheddar cheese, and soft crescent roll dough, these bite-sized rolls are perfect for parties, snacks, or quick dinners.

- 1 lb ground turkey (or lean ground beef)
- ½ cup diced onion
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (or pizza dough)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Sesame seeds (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onions until soft. Add ground turkey, season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned. Stir in ketchup and mustard. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Roll out the crescent or pizza dough into a rectangle. Spread the turkey mixture evenly and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 1-inch pieces.
- Place roll-ups on a baking sheet, brush with egg wash, and sprinkle sesame seeds if desired.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with dipping sauces like ketchup or burger sauce.
