Ingredients

2 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1 cup sliced almonds, chopped (for coating)

Instructions

Soften the cream cheese by leaving it at room temperature for about 30 minutes.

In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and mayonnaise. Beat until smooth and creamy.

Add Parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Mix thoroughly.

Lay out a sheet of plastic wrap and spread the chopped almonds evenly on top.

Place the cheese mixture onto the almonds and form it into a ball, rolling it over the almonds to coat the entire surface.

Wrap the cheese ball tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
