- 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- ½ tsp. onion powder
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- ½ tsp. dried oregano
- ½ tsp. dried parsley
- 1 tsp. hot sauce (optional)
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Fresh parsley sprigs for garnish
- Crackers or fresh vegetables for serving
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, half of the shredded cheddar, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, oregano, parsley, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
- Shape the mixture into a carrot-like form using plastic wrap. Wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Unwrap and place the cheese ball on a serving plate. Press the remaining shredded cheddar onto the surface to create the carrot’s orange color.
- Insert fresh parsley sprigs at the top to resemble carrot greens.
- Serve with crackers, pretzels, or fresh vegetables.
