- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup diced apples (Granny Smith recommended)
- 1 cup chopped Milky Way bars
For Topping:
- Extra diced apples
- Drizzle of caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Make the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Prepare the cheesecake filling by beating cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix in eggs, caramel sauce, diced apples, and chopped Milky Way bars.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until the center is set. Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- Slice, top with caramel sauce and apples, and serve!
