1. Prepare the Orange Layer:
In a mixing bowl, dissolve the orange Jello in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved. Add 1 cup of cold water and mix well. Pour into clear plastic cups, filling them about one-third full. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour or until set.
2. Prepare the Lemon Layer:
In another bowl, mix the lemon Jello with 1 cup of boiling water until fully dissolved. After adding 1 cup of cold water, carefully pour this mixture over the set orange layer in the cups, filling them to about two-thirds full. Return to the refrigerator and chill until set, about another hour.
