Ingredients

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

1–2 tbsp Cajun seasoning (to taste)

8 oz Andouille sausage (or halal alternative), sliced and cooked

4 cups mixed salad greens

1–2 tbsp olive oil

Optional: cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, croutons, vinaigrette
Instructions

Slice and cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Set aside.

Toss shrimp with Cajun seasoning.

In the same skillet, heat olive oil and sear shrimp on one side until golden. Flip and cook until opaque. Avoid overcooking.

Arrange greens in a bowl or platter.

Top with cooked shrimp and sausage.
