Description
Spicy shredded chicken tossed in buffalo sauce, layered with cheddar cheese, and baked between buttery ranch-glazed Hawaiian rolls for the ultimate crowd-pleaser.
Ingredients

½ cup butter, divided

½ cup Frank’s Red Hot (or to taste)

2 cups cooked, shredded or chopped chicken

3 tablespoons dry ranch seasoning, divided

6 slices cheddar cheese

12 King’s Hawaiian Rolls

Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for dipping (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a saucepan, melt ¼ cup butter over medium heat. Stir in hot sauce and 2 tbsp ranch seasoning.

Add shredded chicken and coat well in the sauce.

Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place bottoms in a 9×13 baking dish.

Spread chicken mixture evenly over the bottom halves.

Top each section with half a slice of cheddar.

Replace top halves of rolls.

Melt remaining ¼ cup butter and stir in 1 tbsp ranch seasoning.

Brush ranch butter over the tops of the rolls.

Bake uncovered for 15 minutes or until golden and melty.

Let rest for 3–5 minutes. Serve warm with optional ranch or blue cheese dressing.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for quick prep. Adjust hot sauce to taste. For extra crispy tops, broil for 1–2 minutes after baking.
