Ingredients

  • For milder wraps, reduce the amount of buffalo sauce or mix it with extra melted butter.

  • The buffalo chicken mixture can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days.

  • To make the recipe even healthier, use Greek yogurt instead of ranch dressing.


Instructions

  • Prepare the chicken by shredding it and placing it in a large mixing bowl.

  • In a separate bowl, mix buffalo sauce and melted butter. Pour over shredded chicken and mix well.

  • Wash and thoroughly dry lettuce leaves. Lay them flat on a serving platter.
