Description

These Brown Sugar Turkey Wraps are the ultimate appetizer! Juicy turkey sausages are wrapped in crispy turkey bacon, coated in a caramelized brown sugar glaze, and baked to perfection. They are sweet, smoky, and incredibly easy to make, making them perfect for parties, holidays, or a quick snack.

  • 1 lb mini turkey sausages (cocktail-size)
  • 12 slices turkey bacon, cut in half
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • Toothpicks

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Wrap each sausage with a half-slice of turkey bacon and secure it with a toothpick.
  • Mix brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl. Roll each wrapped sausage in the mixture to coat evenly.
  • Place on the baking sheet, drizzle with honey or maple syrup, and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Broil for 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness. Serve warm and enjoy!
